This is the International Finance Centre (IFC). 417m high, 18th tallest in the world. This is on Hong Kong island.
Not to be confused with the International Commerce Centre (ICC) which is 484m high and the 6th tallest. On Kowloon just beating the Petronas towers by a couple of meters.
Both are even bigger shopping malls than every other building.
