Home.

Private taxi back to the airport is a no brainier as the coach takes as long as the flight.

The Rain

As predicted second to last day brought a storm. We thought it would be on and off rain so use this day to head into town and look round the harbour.

Then the sky darkened so we got on the little electric train to head back.

Then the rain came...

The little train had a few carriages and the turn around point look a little deep. The driver tried to make a tight turn in the road and jack knifed the last trailer, so stopped.

With the rain in torrents coming down the road people wanted to get of. Panic set in, people climbing out the windows and kicking the doors open.

As we all got off work he train continued the right turn snapping off the last carriage before driving away..

Kids where frightened but after warming up in the local cafe, with the super nice staff we headed back in foot to our hotel.

Coco!

George loves Coco..

Friends

The boys made some friends which help massively to keep them entertained.

Other than that it was the same routine.

Boats..

Hired a small pedalo down in the beach.

Go Karts..

Small fair bit far from the hotel gave the kids something different to do one night.

Hate the sand

Back of the hotel is the beach. It’s a small sandy cove, really clean and actually lovely. Kids just want to play in the sand which means no beds or shade for us two and I end up a lobster!

Out for a change

Took a walk around the town.... small play park for the kids.... €1 a ride was not bad at all and meant the boys came off the inflatables a sweaty mess

Pool time

Jack has always been brilliant in the water from an early age. George takes after him.... no fear from either of them
