TV set spotting

Turned out we were right by the friends building and then also near to Carries stoop, so a trudge through the snow to go and see them. 

Cars…

Not really seen many nice cars. Phil would have been disappointed…. 

We also haven’t seen any celebs which was disappointing. 

Milady

A recommendation from two people whilst we were shopping pointed us in the direction of Milady for a drink… of course we had to go and see what it was like.  Nice cocktails again… 

Maria Tash

The girls wanted to go and see if they could get a walk in appointment to get their ears pierced. It’s a famous place to go and get it done. After having the top of mine done a few years ago I wasn’t keen, as soon as I saw Clare’s… I was in! Theme of the trip when it came to shopping…  although neither of us was prepared for the £2k diamond cuff… we politely declined for the cheaper option!

We had lunch booked at Bubbys. A lively and busy place where all the menu looked amazing.

Brooklyn Bridge

Anyone who knows me knows that I am terrified of heights. But we wanted to walk the bridge, so with the help of a friends arm we set off, on the understanding of I had a panic attack, thy just had to get me off the bridge. 

You walk in the middle of the bridge and the car are underneath, so as long as I didn’t look down through the slots, it was ok. And just very scary when I did. There was ice floating down the river…

And then making sure Clare didn’t fall over coming off the bridge as she was sliding everywhere. 

A successful crossing and managed to see the main lady. 

Brooklyn

We got the tube across to Brooklyn after deciding it was easier to go this morning incase the weather changed again and we got stuck.
