Caught a bit of sun before checking out and grabbing a last pint with lunch in the commercial centre.

Technical issues at the airport meant they were queuing outside the building to check a bag in. Lucky we are travelling light, though security to the gate. 

Although the problems lead to three gate changes and a two hour delay.

Bingo

Kicked off the night scooping a €100 full house prize at Sun Spot Bingo before heading down for some grilled meat. 

Then onto the black and white piano bar fending off an offer of a ‘sugar mamas’.

Tenerife

We could just see the top of mount Teide on the way back from Puerto Mogan.

Trickies

Odd beware signs.

Yellow Submarine

Dubious about it actually submerging but we saw it later on, sort of sinks a bit leaving the tower sticking up.

Puerto Mogan

Friday is market day in Puerto Mogan a little further up the coast. Not that we planned to buy anything.

Jumped on the ferry from Puerto Rico up the coast to a lovely little harbour. We could see a large rock slide had blocked the coast road.

Lunch along the beach before we had a wander about and got the ferry back.

Pint in Tiffany’s before going to sit by our pool. 

Feliz Navidad

Farther Christmas at the beach, some better than others!

Kelly Marlow

After dinner the usual Norwegian piano bar to warm up, banging out the tunes with a backing track. Most popular act of the night in the Shamrock, Kelly Marlow. Bit of a diva, turned up late, no urgency. Can’t play anything just a singer, but has an enormous strange presence. Lots of crowd interaction, selfies mid song absolutely bonkers. 

Mum, you missed a treat.

Indian

After a few hours at the pool, we watched the sunset from the room before heading out. Starter drink in the SunSpot before heading for a curry.

Amadores

Sunny start to the day but only had an hour by the pool before we got twitchy feet and headed to find the bus to amadores.

Mum and Dad stayed here in the Gloria for their wedding anniversary.

Bite to eat for lunch before we walked along the cliff path back home. 

Chinese

After not winning anything at bingo we headed to an all you can eat Chinese. Then into the black and white piano bar.

A place mum and dad spent a lot of time in.

Saw some sun in the afternoon so sat by the pool for a bit.
