1st day

A great first day with the managers of the Hong Kong office, focused on MBTI which is a leadership diagnostic. Scouser explaining management leadership to mandarin speaking colleagues..... I was worried about them understanding me.... Def two ways today. As usual it wouldn't be one of my sessions without a bit of fun!! Hummm wonder what feedback I will get tomorrow morning??
