Chopsticks Update

Have been observing the use of chopsticks closely. In a bid to feed myself more efficiently. 

Saw a guy in McDonalds eating chips with a pair!

It seems they hold the sticks in a similar grip to me but right at the far end. I don't know how they get enough leverage to pick the big stuff up.
