Waiting round in the airport I have some time to kill so I thought I would do a quick summary.
Transfers - Ignore the prepaid Taxis/Limo touts and head for the rank.
Seat belts - Don't waste you time and energy reaching for them. Not found any that work.
Don't believe what any of the locals tell you - Especially if you get the feeling the conversation is heading in the direction of you ended up in a Tuk Tuk. This applies no matter how well they are dressed.
Don't mix the sky train with the normal train like she did - enough said.
Show respect for the national anthem -which is played twice a day at certain times in some public places. Everyone froze on the spot. We felt compelled to do the same. Surreal.
Assume everything is counterfeit - just because you are not stood at a market stall doesn't make it genuine.

Excuse me, once we got on the wrong train and at least I realised the mistake. You didn't even know what train went where at any time!! Too busy with your nose in the blog!!!
