Dunno what it is about this country, they need to sort out some basics first.
Everyone has a mobile but they live in squalor. Running market stalls selling 4 quid watches surfing the web on their iPads. Maybe there is good money in it.
The Elephant guy and his Evoke is another example.
You can't flush paper down the loo, and don't drink out of the tap whatever you do. They have power cuts and the pavements are a mess.
Strict drug laws, yet motorbike helmets are optional - driving licenses and insurance as well I assume.
As you would expect its all cash. No way anyone pays taxes.
The infrastructure is substandard and doesn't seem like they are planning to invest in it anytime soon.
It's like they are trying to run before they can walk. Ultimately they will hit a growth ceiling or it will collapse like Greece.
