Quick check of the car and noticed the front splitter was damaged. Logged that with the guy on the gate are we left the car park. He was a bit casual about it for my liking, he was more interested in my 'kicks'. Man.
Roof down we headed out into a dark sky that look like the end of the world. Popped the roof back up at the toll booth just before a mega rain storm.
The wipers couldn't cope. Going to be a long week if it is like that. Luckily it cleared up after half an hour, still hot and cloudy.
Headed to the hotel and checked in effecently, sorted out our passes for tomorrow and went back out to a shopping mail.
After shopping we went back to the hotel and up the city walk to scope out the way to the park. Ate in Hard Rock. Rude not to really, but a massive burger at what for us was 3:15am maybe wasn't the best idea.
Walked about 10 miles already and this is still day zero.
She bought a tee shirt - tick.
Pool still going stong full of kids at ten to eleven! Still warm, I wondering about mosquitoes. Guess I'll know in the morning.
Bed and setting the alarm for 7am to get into the park for 8...
