After the ferry we headed over to the IFC building after reading about a couple of rooftop bars. Even with the cloud we thought the view would be worth it.
I should have read the small print... No viewing gallery at the top of the tower.... Rooftop bar ON THE MALL. Which is only 4 stories high.
