Supper in a Storm

Just the four of us are out for the last night, promised Jack a steak. We walked down to the strip to the Funny Bar next to TGB which had good reviews on trip advisor.

On the way in we double made sure the card machine was in full working order…

The sky darkened as we ordered, and we could see lightning. The bar staff all pretty relaxed about it offered to ‘put the umbrella up’. 

We opted to move to a table inside, and within minutes the loudest thunder storm rolled over us. 

The rain battered down, overwhelmed the roof drainage. Everyone got a bit wet but they staff did an amazing job keeping it all going. Didn’t bother the band either, who played though the storm.
