Destination Venice.
No time for trying on the sunnies. Jet2 had other ideas. Two years ago they where amazing checking us in as two families, today it was a disaster. Queued outside T1 for 15min before hitting the snake queue indoors.
An hour later we managed to drop one bag before heading to the monster security queue. As per, peak time, not all the lanes open.. net result we didn't see the pre paid lounge, barely grabbed a meal deal on the way to the gate.
Anyway, we made it. Just. But others didn't. Which meant an hours delay.
Other than that flight was fine.. we'll work on the customer service fail later...
