We told them in the airport, but I don’t think it sunk in. Instead of a 2 hour flight we are going on a 7 hour one to New York followed by a hop to Orlando.
After a couple of us being invited for an additional random search, and luckily getting away with the misstep of leaving passports in the toilet we boarded ok and pushed back a little later than planned.
The flight due to take an additional 45 min for reasons unknown there is just a hint of worry around the connection..
