So the 'premier' rooms we booked are all full, it's 22:30 the night porter checking us in can't do anything.
This means no air con, just a sad looking wobbly ceiling fan.
After a night in what felt like a fan oven we know what a roast chicken feels like.
Grumpy day ahead.
Collared the rep at the end of the welcome meeting after batting off the timeshare crew. Well that was the assumption since all the other excursions cost money and thier fabulous 'day out' came with a €45 voucher per head.
So apparently the hotel 'over books' these premium rooms all the time. I mean, are the hoping that people don't turn up for thier 5k holiday!? God know how he deals with them.
Anyway we have a room move planned tomorrow and some mobile air con for tonight. Further negotiations start again at 15:00 - after a day at the free pool bar....
